18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Fictional Content Only

All characters, scenarios and content listed on TheGoonerGames.com are fictional and created purely for artistic and entertainment purposes. No real individuals appear in any explicit material. Every character depicted is represented as being 18 years of age or older. Every character is a fictional persona designed by the game's developer, whether drawn, animated, rendered in 3D, or computer-generated, and does not represent any real person.

TheGoonerGames.com does not depict, support or condone any form of real-world sexual activity. The platform lists games composed entirely of stylized, drawn, animated, rendered or otherwise computer-generated content created by independent adult-game developers.

The listed games span the full range of adult fantasy themes that the indie scene produces: visual novels, dating sims, sandbox games, RPGs, corruption arcs, dominance and submission, taboo scenarios, monster girls, futanari, BDSM, and many others. These themes are presented as sexual fantasies inside fictional game worlds with fictional characters, not as endorsements, commentary or guides to real-world behavior. Real-world relationships and any real sexual encounter are built on consent, communication and safety frameworks that fictional game content does not represent or substitute.
