DMCA Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
TheGoonerGames.com is a platform for free adult games, a place where developers can share the games they have made available for free. Only free versions are allowed. Cracked builds, leaked Patreon-paid versions and DRM-stripped copies are not permitted, and anything that breaks this rule is removed as soon as we become aware of it. If your game is on the platform and you would like it changed or taken down, contact us at contact@bbcporngames.com and we will act on it promptly.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe a listing on our website infringes your rights - whether because the linked version is not the one you authorised for public release, or because of a copyright issue - please submit a DMCA notice and we will respond promptly.
